Your first session includes time to talk through your health concerns.
We recommend this for all first-time clients.
The introductory appointment allows adequate time for Debra to conduct a full assessment of your relevant health history, while leaving sufficient time for a hands-on treatment as well as time to talk through a self-treatment plan. Often times, this includes 90 minutes on the table, and up to 30 minutes of discussion.
Initial appointments are $175.
After this appointment, pricing goes as follows:

In order to give yourself enough time to schedule the rest of your day’s activities, please be aware that your session here includes your massage and the time used to discussion and work on your health concerns. A 60-minute session at RecoverWell does not include the moments needed to get into the room and settled, or how much time you may need to prepare to leave. We schedule adequate session periods between clients to provide you with ample time without stress, so please plan accordingly.

Unlike many massage centers, we do not up-charge for specialty modalities that may be important for your healing and wellness. Whether we opt to use cupping, gua sha, hands, or a massage gun, your body will be provided with what it needs without additional fees per specialty. The booked time on the table is how you will be charged.

One caveat to our standard rates is the optional use of infrared light therapy. We incur considerable cost to make use of these tools which necessitate a small additional cost added onto your session rate, if desired. This will be discussed and approved by you in advance of its use.
